This VGA Balun is for the monitor side and it includes a 6 inch lead that has a DB15HD male plug. Please note that part number 500011 has a DB15HD female receptacle. This product must be used with product 500010. The 500014 looks like a 500010. To properly ground the VGA signal, you will need Cat 5 shielded twisted pair (STP) and shielded RJ45 plugs when the equipment does not have a built-in 3-prong power plug.
