The Observer™ 4401 HVR is a high-quality hybrid video recorder designed to capture crisp 1080p resolution. It's "hybrid" since it supports both analog and IP video formats. The analog cameras can be legacy analog cameras that typically have low resolution, or Analog High Definition (AHD) cameras that can support 720p and 1080p. The IP camera input supports 1080p resolution. Leveraging H.265 video compression technology, this HVR reduces file sizes, resulting in significant savings on bandwidth costs. Additionally, it offers the convenience of wirelessly offloading recorded footage.Equipped with dual SD card slots, the Observer 4401 HVR provides flexible storage options. The SD card slots support optional SD cards with up to 512 GB capacity on each. The optional secondary SD card can be used for mirror recording or as an additional storage device, offering extra data redundancy and storage capacity.
The Observer 4401 HVR comes fully loaded with advanced features for enhanced functionality. It features built-in wireless and cellular networking capabilities, enabling seamless remote access and monitoring. Integrated GPS allows accurate tracking of the device's location. Additionally, it includes a built-in G-force sensor, which detects sudden acceleration, deceleration, and impacts, providing valuable information for fleet operators.
