This connector has a male S-Video connector that has a terminal block on the other end. It allows you to easily connect an s-video cable to the connector without using solder. You can use it to make your own cables or to repair a broken connector.
The connector features a Male, 4-pin mini-DIN connector that is wired to a miniature terminal block. The wires on your s-video cable are simply stripped and then screwed on to the terminal block. You will need a very small screw driver to tighten the wires to the terminal block connector.
The connector is composed of the 4-pin connector, the plastic covers and the strain relief for the cable.
