Our S-Video cables have a lifetime limited warranty from the date of purchase.

You must keep your receipt referencing your order number to validate the warranty.

Returns:
All merchandise may be returned within 30 days from the original invoice date for a refund, unless otherwise indicated. A return authorization number is required for all returns. A 15% restocking fee may apply for returns received after 30 days. No returns are allowed after 60 days. These terms apply to all refunds. All products are shipped with a repair/replacement warranty period. Customers must inform svideo.com of any order discrepancy within 7 days from the invoice date so that we may investigate and resolve the situation accordingly.

svideo.com SATISFACTION GUARANTEE - svideo.com offers a 30-day satisfaction replacement or refund guarantee on all purchases, except:

Physical damage to any product will void the product's warranty. Modifying a product is considered physical damage. We will not honor warranty for any products returned with bent pins, cracked or chipped cores, burnt or any other type of physical damage. Physical damage voids any warranty previously implied for any product.

Restocking Fee. There is usually no re-stocking fee, however a 15% restocking fee may be indicated on some products and will be noted on the product's page. Shipping charges are non-refundable and we do not provide refunds after 30 days.

Technical Support. We only provide support for the products that we manufacture. For other products please contact the original manufacturer.

Processing Time. We try to ship your order the same business day, provided the items are in stock and there are no problems with the payment verification. Orders received before 4:00 pm CST usually ship same day; however, we do not guarantee same day shipping. Orders can be submitted on weekends and holidays and we will process them in the next business day.

Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number - you must email sales@svideo.com to request an RMA number. The shipping cost on the original order of any returned items is not refundable and there's a minimum of $2.00 charge if you selected "free shipping" and decided to return the product. Shipping costs, insurance or other costs incurred to return any item are the responsibility of the customer.
