Our S-Video to one BNC cables and adapters are used to convert an S-Video signal to a composite video signal on a BNC connector. These are primarily used when you need a passive solution to convert the S-Video signal to a composite video signal. They can be used to go from a composite video signal to an S-Video signal, however, there may be some video artifacts that could be introduced to the picture when you go from composite video to S-Video with a passive cable or adapter. In order to properly convert composite video to S-Video please consider our active encoders and decoders, such as our Composite Video to S-Video Encoder.
Below is also a link to our S-Video Y/C Breakout cables and adapters. Breakout cables and adapters allow you to conveniently separate the brightness and video signals on a 4-pin Mini DIN S-Video connector to either BNC, RCA, SMB or F connectors.
